IsraBot is a self-hosted AI sales and support manager for WhatsApp and Instagram, built on FastAPI and OpenAI function-calling. It replies from a hybrid keyword + embedding knowledge base, understands voice notes and photos (Whisper speech-to-text, vision receipt checks, ElevenLabs voice replies), and runs proactive follow-ups, reminders, review requests and broadcasts on its own. A Next.js admin workspace adds an operator inbox, no-code tools with MCP integrations, lead scoring and per-tenant settings.
