Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as "Terms") govern the relationship between "105kz" LLP (hereinafter referred to as "Company", "Contractor") and users of the website 105.kz (hereinafter referred to as "Website", "Client"). Company Information: • Full name: Limited Liability Partnership "105kz" • BIN: 251140032193 • Legal address: 42/16 Timiryazev St., Almaty, 050057, Kazakhstan • Resident of the International IT Startup Technopark "Astana Hub" Using the Website and the Company's services means agreement with these Terms.

The Company provides the following industrial AI services: • Predictive maintenance (equipment failure prediction models) • Computer vision for occupational safety (HSE) • Digital twins and process optimization • On-premise enterprise LLM deployment • Data and process audits, pilot projects • Integration with customer systems (SCADA, SAP, 1C, LIMS) • Technical support and maintenance (SLA) As an Astana Hub resident, the Company operates in accordance with priority activities in the ICT sector.

Payment procedure for services: • The cost of services is determined individually for each project • Payment is made in national currency (tenge) or foreign currency • Staged payment according to an agreed schedule is possible • Invoices are issued electronically • Payment is accepted by bank transfer to the Company's account Tax advantages: As an Astana Hub resident, the Company is exempt from VAT on IT services in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Intellectual property rights: • All source materials (design, code, documentation) created within the project are transferred to the Client after full payment • The Company retains the right to use non-confidential parts of the project in its portfolio • Third-party libraries and frameworks used remain under their licenses • The Client guarantees the rights to the materials provided Confidentiality: Project information is protected by NDA (if required).

Limitation of the Company's liability: • The Company is not liable for indirect damages • Maximum liability is limited to the amount of services paid • The Company does not guarantee uninterrupted operation of the website • The Company is not responsible for the actions of third parties Force Majeure: The parties are released from liability in case of force majeure circumstances.

Warranty obligations: • Warranty period for developed solutions — 3 months • The warranty includes fixing bugs in the code • Not included: changes in requirements, integrations with new systems • Technical support is provided under a separate agreement Deadlines: • Deadlines are determined individually for each project • In case of delay due to the Company's fault — discount on the next project

Legal regulation: • These Terms are governed by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan • Disputes are resolved through negotiations • If settlement is not possible — in court at the Company's location • The Company operates in accordance with the legislation on Astana Hub residents Regulatory authority: Ministry of Digital Development, Innovation and Aerospace Industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan

The 105.kz account (account.105.kz) is the single sign-in for the ecosystem's online products (test.105.kz and others). By creating an account with a password, an email link or Google you accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy; the date, time, IP address and device at acceptance are recorded and serve as evidence. • You are responsible for keeping access to the account secure and for all actions in it; sharing access with third parties is prohibited. • Online products are sold under their own public offers published on the products' websites. Payment goes through the Kaspi payment gateway at the prices shown in the product. • Digital services are provided immediately after payment; refund terms are set by the product's offer. As a rule, no refund is possible once use of the service has begun (a test started, an AI analysis launched). • Online test results and reports, including those generated by artificial intelligence, are informational and advisory only and do not constitute medical, psychological, financial or legal advice. • The Company may suspend or terminate access to the account for a breach of the Terms, on suspicion of fraud or at the request of authorised bodies. • The account is intended for persons aged 18 and over; persons aged 14 to 18 use it with the consent of a legal representative.
