Ads brought parents to registration, but only a fraction made it to the evening broadcast. The school needed a Telegram funnel that remembers the source, reminds people at the right moments and leads them to a diagnostic after the broadcast.

What we built
- The tag from the ad link is saved when the bot starts
- A free material per tag and an “add to calendar” button
- Three reminders before the start: 3 hours, 1 hour and 5 minutes

- A phone variant: the lead goes to the CRM via n8n

n8n node for MoyKlass
An open-source n8n node (MIT licence) for the MoyKlass CRM used by training centres. It gives no-code automations access to 24 CRM resources — students, payments, groups, lessons, enrolments and reference lists — 129 operations in total. Sign-in with an API key and token exchange, dropdowns loaded from the account, custom attribute values mapped to the required IDs, phone normalisation and six ready-made workflows, from lead intake to syncing lessons with Google Calendar.

Sham Academy
Sham Academy is a gamified LMS for school students in grades 1–11 with an interface entirely in Kazakh. Lessons are built from seven block types — text, video, comics, flashcards, audio, images and tasks; there are 13 interactive task types, some with game skins and sound, and task texts can be listened to. Weekly leaderboards, streaks and scholarships for top places; a family account on one parent's phone number, sign-in with a WhatsApp code and a link to the school's CRM.

Farabi Kids
Farabi Kids (Daryndy Bala) is a Kazakh-language skills platform for children: neuro-gymnastics, speed reading, logic and calligraphy. Kids do neuro-gymnastics exercises in front of the camera and the movements are recognised right in the browser; there are 14 interactive task types, age-group diagnostics with recommendations, the weekly Battle Cup tournament, coins and cashback. Students chat with curators, parents get daily reports in Telegram, and the public diagnostic creates a deal in amoCRM straight away.

Kokjiek.hub
Kokjiek.hub (called Talpyn until June 2026) is an English learning platform with an AI level diagnostic. The diagnostic runs as a chat and accepts voice answers: AI scores them on the CEFR scale from A1 to C2, unlocks a free course at that level and passes the lead with a comment to a manager in Talpyn CRM. Five homework types with auto-graded tests, coins for lessons and sign-in by phone number with a WhatsApp code; the interface is in Kazakh and Russian and runs as a PWA.

Talpyn CRM
Talpyn CRM is a training-centre CRM linked to the Kokjiek.hub platform. A kanban sales pipeline, contracts and subscriptions, a teacher schedule with conflict detection, attendance tracking and automatic make-up lessons. AI checks a lesson from a screenshot — first the open Qwen3-VL model on the team's own server, with Gemini as a fallback — and the teacher's pay depends on the result. Six access roles and a leaderboard TV screen for the sales team.

Kemel Adam
Kemel Adam is a self-development mobile app in Kazakh, Russian and English for iPhone and Android: a task planner, habits with unit targets, SMART goals, notes, a personal wallet, groups with shared habits, prayer times with adhan and qibla, books and meditations. Since September 2026 105 has maintained the project: a security audit, CI/CD with rollback, a refreshed interface and a voice assistant arriving with the next update — from a phrase in any of the three languages it creates tasks, logs habits and records expenses.

MetaStudy
A Telegram bot for the parents of MetaStudy education centre students. The teacher marks attendance, the grade, homework and “metacoins” in AlfaCRM; the service adds the subject, topic and assignment, and once a day the bot sends each parent a summary of the child's lessons in Kazakh or Russian. Parents can link several children and check the metacoin balance and average grade at any time; message templates and broadcasts are edited in the admin panel.
