The Company does not sell or transfer personal data to third parties, except in cases of: • Explicit user consent • Requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan • Fulfillment of contractual obligations (with contractors under NDA) • Protection of the rights and legitimate interests of the Company When using third-party services (analytics, CRM), we enter into data protection agreements.

The Company provides a single 105.kz account (account.105.kz) for signing in to all online products of the ecosystem: test.105.kz (online tests, reports and AI analyses) and other Company services. When you create an account and fill in the profile we process: email address, first and last name, date of birth, profile photo, interface language, IP address and device details at sign-in, and the consent log (type of consent, version of the accepted documents, date and time, IP address, device). The account profile is shared with the ecosystem products you sign in to, so you do not have to enter your data again. Each product processes data under its own privacy policy and public offer published on its website; by registering with and signing in to a product you accept them. Payments in the products go through the Kaspi payment gateway ("Kaspi Bank" JSC). We receive the fact, amount, status and method of payment; bank card details are neither passed to us nor stored.

The servers of the Company and its hosting providers may be located outside the Republic of Kazakhstan (including in the European Union). By using the website and the account you consent to the cross-border transfer of personal data under Article 16 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Personal Data and Their Protection". Some ecosystem products use artificial-intelligence models of third-party providers (for example Moonshot AI, DeepSeek, OpenAI, Anthropic), whose servers may be located in the PRC, the USA, EU countries and other states, to generate personal reports. Only the data needed for the report is transferred to such providers: test results, answers, questionnaire, name and age. Email address, phone, payment data and IP address are not transferred. The transfer happens only upon your explicit action (for example launching an AI analysis) and is described in the policy of the respective product. The output of the models is informational and advisory only, generated automatically without human involvement, and does not constitute medical, psychological, financial or legal advice.

Country, region and city are determined automatically from the IP address using geolocation databases (DB-IP, MaxMind GeoLite2); the determination is approximate. This data is used for analytics, security, regional restrictions and the recording of legally significant actions (registration, payment, start of a paid service). Strictly necessary cookies (sign-in session, language) are set without separate consent; analytics cookies (Google Analytics, our own visit statistics) only after consent in the cookie banner. Retention: account data for the life of the account and up to 3 years after the last activity; technical logs and visit data up to 24 months; payment records at least 5 years under accounting legislation; consent and claim logs 5 years. After these periods the data is deleted or anonymised. The website and the account are intended for persons aged 18 and over; persons aged 14 to 18 may use them with the consent of a legal representative.
